We are always looking for more US Sailing Certified Sailing Instructors to join our crew! ACSC Instructors are fun, patient, friendly sailors who use positive coaching techniques. Our programs are focused on safety, fun, and learning. As a job perk, ACSC Instructors have virtually unlimited access to our sailboat fleet (when boats aren't needed for programming, of course).

AN ACSC Instructor?

When we have the capacity and resources, we actively train a select few that have expressed the desire to become a camp sailing instructor. As a Counselor in Training (CIT), you will develop the skills and mindset that it takes to teach and energize the youth (and adults too) of our sailing camps.
CIT Commitment Requirement
CITs must commit to a minimum of three sessions. One session may be fulfilled by any of the following:
