Sign Me Up for OPEN SAIL!
Open Sail gives sailors the chance to practice and enjoy sailing independently, with a safety boat and instructor on the water for support if needed.
Camp and course graduates are welcome to bring guests along in their boats (guests must be large enough to fit a 30–50 lb. life vest).
Participants must have completed a course with ACSC within the last two years or successfully pass a Boat Checkout, which includes a written knowledge test and an on-water skills check.
Open Sail runs weather-permitting and is limited to conditions with winds under 15 mph, providing a safe and fun environment for all sailors to build confidence on the water.
